How it works

From “we should
split this” to done.

How to split a bill with Fairly, in four steps. You make the decisions; Fairly does the accounting. Every screen below is the real app.

01

Capture it however
is easiest right now

Camera for receipts. Voice when your hands are full. Text for precision. Manual entry is one tap away the whole time. Automation earns its place; it doesn't trap you.

WORKS OFFLINE — CAPTURE IN THE BASEMENT, IT POSTS WHEN YOU SURFACE
02

Review the draft —
fix anything inline

Fairly proposes the split using what it's learned about your group, explains its reasoning in one sentence, and flags anything it's unsure about instead of guessing. Reassign an item with a tap. Nothing posts until you approve. Every promise behind that, on the trust page.

03

Live your life.
The home screen works ahead

The home screen assembles around what actually needs you: a finished trip ready to settle, rent drafted on the 1st, a kind reminder ready to send. When nothing's pressing, it stays calm — no manufactured urgency. And it always tells you why something is there.

04

Settle in a few
simple transfers

A whole trip simplifies into a short list of payments that makes everyone even, usually one or two, explained in plain terms. Fairly never moves the money: you pay each other by Bizum, Revolut, bank transfer or cash, and the balance is only marked settled once the payment is recorded, by you, by the person you paid, or by a friend tapping “I've paid” on their link. Try the settle-up math on your own numbers.
